Okay… So I understand how you feel with the whole complicated vision of vaping, it is daunting at a first glance. I remember my amateur days well, but seriously you don’t need to know everything to get started, the complicated stuff is all pretty much done for you. You may have seen the rolls of coil wire, and the packs of cotton, and all the coil building kits etc etc… But, RELAX..! BREATH..! Honestly, you don’t need all that stuff, its all done for you so you can just purchase pre-built atomizers with a choice of resistance (ohms), screw it in to your tank, fill it up with some juice and away you go. If you stick to the starter kit stuff you can choose to… or, not to, look into all that later, it’s entirely your choice.. There’s no Right or Wrong way to set up your Vape kit (with a few common sense exceptions obviously) but as a rule of thumb if you are vaping 70/30 or 80/20 liquids (usually sold in big bottles as a nicotine free short fill ) you want a DL device with a low resistance coil (maybe 0.7ohms or below), this includes sub ohm coils, for example; 0.15 and 0.23ohms etc. If you are vaping 50/50 or 60/40 juice, these are usually best in a MTL device with a higher resistance coil/atomizer (for KISS sake let’s say above 0.7ohms) these are usually set at 1.2, 1.8 and 2.0 ohms etc. For more on this click here!
